Auslan Study Design
The Victorian Curriculum provides an Auslan Study Design to help VCE Auslan teachers plan and deliver their curriculum for Years 11 and 12.
You can also contact them to request the Auslan Study Design Grammar Video. It is an excellent teaching tool, as it demonstrates examples of Auslan grammar being signed and can be used to teach and explain grammar concepts to VCE Auslan students.
Past Examinations
Past examinations are invaluable teaching resources because they include previous Auslan exam videos and exam questions.
They help VCE Auslan teachers understand what to expect in upcoming examinations. Teachers can use these materials to explain exam formats to students and help them practise and build confidence for their VCE Auslan exams.

In the state of Victoria, Australia, the Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) is the curriculum framework for Preparatory to Year 10. It replaced the Curriculum and Standards Framework II (CSF II) in 2006.
Students entering Year 11 typically proceed to the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), although other pathways are available.
VELS provides a curriculum framework with defined learning areas. It has six levels, generally completed over two years each, except for Level 1, which is completed in the first year of primary school ("Prep").
Primary School Level
Level 1 - Prep
Level 2 - Years 1 and 2
Level 3 - Years 3 and 4
Level 4 - Years 5 and 6
Secondary School Level
Level 5 - Years 7 and 8
Level 6 - Years 9 and 10
LOTE in VELS:
Pathway 1 - for students who begin learning a language in primary school and continue through to Year 10
Pathway 2 - for students who begin learning a language in Year 7
