Passover Bread
2 cups plain organic flour
1/2 cup water (more if needed)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1.
Pre-heat oven 200 degrees celsius (450 F)
2.
Place flour in bowl
3.
Make a hole in middle of flour, pour water in and
mix
4.
Add more water as needed until all flour is mixed
5.
Use hands and knead until dough is soft and not
sticky
6.
Roll into a ball and divide into 4 parts (or
leave as one whole)
7.
Roll or pat each quarter into a circle (or one
big circle)
8.
Place dough on a baking sheet and prick all over
with a fork
9.
Bake for 5 minutes on each side or until edges
are gold
For Passover, serve with organic grape juice and some bitter herbs (dandeloin or parsley)
