Peanut Butter and
Chocolate Chip Cookies

125g butter (or 1/3 of 375g ButterSoft)
1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup self raising flour
3/4 cup plain flour (all purpose flour)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup small milk chocolate bits 

1.  Pre-heat oven 180 degrees celsius (356 F)
2.  Melt and cook butter and peanut butter together in a pan for 3 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes. Add sugar and egg to pan and mix well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well again
3.  Roll tablespoonful mixture into balls, flatten onto greased trays
4.  Bake at 180 degrees celsius for 12-15 minutes
5.  Stand for 5 minutes before transferring onto wire rack
