Warm Rice and Tuna Salad
 (it's really easy to make and it's healthy too!)
 

1/2 cup jasmine rice or brown rice
Herbamare (this is a bottle of spice/herbs)

1. Boil 1/2 cup Jasmine Rice for 20 minutes (or as per instructions on your rice package)
2. Drain rice and add butter and herbamare to rice
3. Add cooked rice to salad bowl

Salad Bowl
5 cherry tomatoes, diced
Handful baby rocket
Handful green capscium, chopped
Tin of tuna
