Banana and Cinnamon Pancakes

1 cup organic plain flour (all purpose flour)
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons raw sugar
1 egg
1 big ripe, mashed banana
cinnamon
butter
nutella (chocolate spread)
icing sugar
1. Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in bowl
2. Add milk and whisk until mixed
3. Whisk in mashed banana and egg
4. Pour into buttered frying pan (1/2 hot) you can pour in till the whole pan is covered to make one big circle
5. After a few mins check if has brown spots on bottom, if so, then flip over and repeat 5.
6. Flip onto a big plate and spread butter and thick nutella on it, then roll and cut diagonally into pieces
7. Do 1-6 again for the rest of the mixture and stack them all up on plate
8. Sift icing sugar on top
