Fridge Cookies
(my favourite... it's raw, healthy and delish!)

 






3 cups rolled oats
2 cups almond butter
3/4 cup honey
1 tspn cinnamon


1.  Mix oats and cinnamon
2.  Mix almond butter and honey together then add to the oats and cinnamon mixture.
3.  Form into balls and set aside. Pulverize more oats in a food processor until powdery. Roll balls in the oats powder.
4.  Refrigerate for a while before eating.
